The goal
Give the owner governed control over agent execution — steps checked before they run, actions receipted, and evidence kept continuously, so the owner stays in charge of what agents do.
What it does — the task
- Preflight checks before execution
- Authority tiers that govern what an agent may do
- A receipts engine for actions taken
- Continuous evidence
- Slices 0–2 plus a hardening pass, verified at 59/59 tests on the tested branch
Owner control — time back
Governed execution gives time back to the owner: steps are checked before they run and actions leave receipts, so review goes to decisions instead of cleanup. Estimated savings — varies by workload, model mix, and volume.
Status: Kernel built — slices 0–2 verified 59/59 tests on the tested branch; main branch not yet assembled, no live app.
